By installing or using OVVOS TV (“the Software”) you agree to this Agreement and to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device per purchased licence, subject to the trial and activation terms.
A licence key authorises activation on one device at a time and is bound to that device upon activation. You may move your licence to another device by deactivating it first. Sharing, publishing, or reselling keys is prohibited and may result in the key being revoked without refund.
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by OVVOS TV.
The Software includes open-source components under their own licences, including libVLC and LibVLCSharp (GNU LGPL v2.1) and SQLite (public domain). See the in-app “Licenses” section for attributions.
The Software provides no media content. You are responsible for using only services and content you are lawfully entitled to access.
The Software is provided “AS IS”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVVOS TV disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software or any third-party service.
This licence terminates automatically on breach. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software.
Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (courts of Dubai), subject to mandatory local consumer law.
