OVVOS TV (“the Software”) is a media player that connects to third-party services exposing the Xtream Codes API, using credentials you supply. The Software contains no media content of its own and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to “Xtream Codes”, VideoLAN, or any content provider.
Subject to these terms, OVVOS TV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use one purchased copy of the Software on devices you own or control. This is a licence, not a sale of the Software itself. A free trial period is provided; continued use after the trial requires a valid licence key.
OVVOS TV does not provide, host, control, or endorse any channels, streams, or other content. You are solely responsible for the services you connect to and for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction and complies with each provider's terms. You must not use the Software for any unlawful purpose or to access content you are not authorised to access.
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software; reverse engineer it except as permitted by law; remove notices; share license keys; or use the Software to infringe any third party's rights.
The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Stream availability and quality depend entirely on your provider and network and are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVVOS TV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content accessed through third-party services.
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence apply to your purchase.
