Summary: OVVOS TV runs locally on your device. We do not collect your viewing data.
1. What is stored, and where
Your server address, username, and password, plus your favorites, watch progress, and app settings, are stored only on your device. They are used solely to connect to the service you chose.
2. What we collect
For app use: nothing about your viewing. The app sends no IPTV credentials or watch history to us. The only information that reaches our servers is what's needed for licensing / trial: when you start a trial or activate a key, the app sends a non-identifying device fingerprint (a one-way hash) so we can enforce the trial and one-device limit. Purchases made through an app store are handled by that store.
3. Purchases
If you buy directly, payment is handled by our payment provider, who processes your details under their own privacy policy. If you buy through an app store, that store processes the payment. We retain your email and licence record to provide support.
4. Third-party connections
When you use the app it connects directly from your device to the IPTV service whose details you entered, and downloads artwork from the addresses that service provides. Those parties have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
5. Children
The app is a general-purpose player and is not directed at children.
6. Your control
You can clear your saved login by signing out, deactivate your licence from the app, and remove all local data by uninstalling. To request deletion of your licence/email record, contact us.
7. Website
This website does not use advertising trackers. Basic server logs may be kept for security and diagnostics.
