Try before you buy

OVVOS TV offers a 15-day free trial with every feature unlocked, so you can fully confirm it works with your service and on your device before paying. We strongly encourage using the trial first.

Refund eligibility

Because the trial lets you evaluate the Software completely, license purchases are generally non-refundable once a key has been issued. We will, however, consider refunds at our discretion where:

• you were charged in error or charged twice;
• you did not receive a working license key and we are unable to deliver one; or
• a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law or by the payment provider's rules.

What isn't covered

OVVOS TV is a player only. We cannot offer refunds for problems caused by your IPTV provider, your subscription, your network, or content availability — these are outside our control and are not part of what you purchase from us.

How to request

Email support@ovvostv.com within 14 days of purchase with your payment reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
