Try before you buy

OVVOS TV offers a 15-day free trial with every feature unlocked, so you can fully confirm it works with your service and on your device before paying. We strongly encourage using the trial first.

Refund eligibility

Because the trial lets you evaluate the Software completely, direct licence purchases are generally non-refundable once a key has been issued. We will, however, consider refunds at our discretion where:

• you were charged in error or charged twice;
• you did not receive a working licence key and we are unable to deliver one; or
• a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law or by the payment provider's rules.

App-store purchases

If you bought OVVOS TV through an app store (e.g. Google Play), refunds for that purchase are handled by the store under its own refund policy.

What isn't covered

OVVOS TV is a player only. We cannot offer refunds for problems caused by your IPTV provider, your subscription, your network, or content availability — these are outside our control and are not part of what you purchase from us.

How to request

Email info@ovvostv.com within 14 days of a direct purchase with your payment reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
